We have put together a few simple steps to help manage change in these uncertain times.
Our ‘CAPABILITY’ campaign will help you to manage anxiety and improve your relationship with yourself, so that you can enjoy better relationships with others.
Using the acronym CAPABILITY, we will give you 10 simple steps to help improve your mental health and wellbeing.
C – Control your environment
A – Accept some days will be better than others
P – Practice being in the present moment
A – Acknowledge how you are feeling
B – Breathe deeply through your diaphragm (belly breathing)
I – It’s OK not to be OK
L – Limit access to anxiety triggers
I – Improve your relationship with yourself to enjoy better relationships with others
T – Try to find something positive in your day
Y – YOU CAN DO THIS!
